There are no fireworks for New Years Eve in Celebration for 2009. Just in case you happen to read this before heading over.
Update 2010-Jan-01 12:03: While there weren’t fireworks, it was still an enjoyable time. The Town Tavern featured a live musical act, and the company (hello, Chard family, Leah, Rory, Fitz, whoever I’m missing) were a delight. A fantastic — but not over-the-top — way to ring in the New Year.
Happy to say we spent New years Eve in Celebration at Columbia's and playing in the "snow" we also got to spend Halloween there this year and it was a blast too. We are planning to move their in May. I am having a hard time finding like a moms group or adoptive moms group in the area…I have tried City Data Forums and Yahoo groups….any ideas????

Candy – there is a mom's group here, yes, and some adoptive parents as well. The best place to find more info is on the Celebration Front Porch forum. Unfortunately, you need to live here first to access that, but perhaps you can check into it once you're here.
